Better Place® Project mission is to educate a significant part of the workforce of Companies and Organizations applying to the Project,  with the goal of creating spaces of fair relations between men and women, and actively contribute to the cultural change that wipes out gender stereotypes and discrimination

Better Place® Project goal is:

  1. To create an inclusive environment within each Company/Organization applying to the Project, and to help them them gathering opportunities offered by each individual in their organization. By creating a truly respectful environment and increasing their productivity thru the enhancement of their diverse background, ideas and point of view, thus to aso create better workforce engagement and internal loyalty, thanks to an environment respectful and truly free of stereotypes and gender based discriminations, or even harassment.
  2. To create awareness on stereotypes, unfair behaviours and discrimination.
  3. To make trained employees agents of a cultural change in their private lives, carriers of their new awareness gained through the training program.
  4. To facilitate and be part of sustainability and social responsibility projects, thanks to its unique value in Italy

To give public recognition to the virtuous effort of companies and organizations that engage and complete the training program, Better Place® has create a Register.

It’s goal is to recognize not only the internal cultural excellence reached in gender relations, but also to give value to the social role that Companies and Organizations have intentionally engaged by becoming culture change agent and best practice.

 

WHAT BEING IN THE BETTER PLACE® QUALIFIED REGISTER MEANS?

Being included in the Better Place®. Qualified Register means reaching an accomplishment that will give to the Company/Organization a socially recognized role of agent of actions against gender-based di discriminations, harassement, and violence on Women, both on workplace and in the society.

 

BETTER PLACE® QUALIFIED REGISTER – COMPANIES/ORGANIZATIONS UP TO 250 EMPLOYEES

“STAR COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 70% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 25% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

“MASTER COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 80% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 40% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

“EXCELLENCE COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 90% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 60% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

 

BETTER PLACE® QUALIFIED REGISTER – COMPANIES/ORGANIZATIONS WITH  251-2500 EMPLOYEES

“STAR COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 60% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 25% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

“MASTER COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 70% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 40% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

“EXCELLENCE COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 80% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 55% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training

“STAR COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 50% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 25% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

“MASTER COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 60% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 40% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training.

“EXCELLENCE COMPANY” QUALIFICATION

Company/Organization trained a minimum of 70% of his managers and supervisors with a 24 hours training , and a minimum of 50% of the rest of the workforce with a 8 hours training
